Really good Experience
fast check-in spacious room complimentary water really good buffet
The check-in was fast and smooth. Our room was spacious and clean (a great first impression). The pool and beach areas provided complimentary water. We found the breakfast and dinner buffets really good, with many options available, catering to different diets.

The room included a large balcony with sea views. There were comfortable beds and daily cleaning services provided twice a day. The staff was very attentive and promptly addressed all our requests.

large bed complimentary toiletries available sun loungers
My King Beautiful room included comfortable, large bed with the best pillows. The huge bathroom had lots of complimentary toiletries, all refilled daily. The pool and beach area impressed me with available sun loungers. I also appreciated free sunscreen and water in a chiller bag with ice (how thoughtful!).
The housekeeping was inconsistent, there was no cutlery in the bedroom. I had only one glass for water and two for wine. I noticed some double standards at Sultans Lounge smoking area.

Breakfast included a large, delicious buffet. There were many restaurants to choose from, including Amala, Imperium, Tori Tori, and Al Nafoorah. The half board option included breakfast with lunch or dinner (we opted for dinner).
Service

Staff members were consistently warm and friendly, always ready to assist. Earl Bello (executive Lounge Manager) really looked after us, as well as Michael, Sara and Alex. Cata checked us in and out of the hotel, she was friendly and efficient.

The hotel provided good access to taxis for transportation. While seemingly remote, it was convenient for accessing different parts of the city. Taxis were readily available to and from the hotel.

The pool areas and beach areas were really good. The Club room offered breakfast (or dine at the Imperium buffet), afternoon tea and evening canapés. There were also drinks in the evening with wait service.

Charmed by the Zabeel Saray!
five-star facilities great attention large room
The facilities offer true five-star luxury, I was really surprised by it all. The staff paid great attention to detail. The rooms were large and comfortable with an amazing view across the Palm toward the city. I was charmed by my King Beautiful room. It had comfortable beds and large, great pillows.
Housekeeping fell short of my expectations (which are admittedly high, I must admit!). I found no cutlery in the bedroom, not even a spoon. I had one water glass and two wine glasses, rather odd since they placed the single water glass on the nightstand each night, though we were two people.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of cuisines, something I definitely appreciated. The selection was quite diverse, and everything seemed fresh and well-prepared. enhancing our mornings.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests, wonderful. Front desk managers were very prompt and helpful. I was touched by the little, complimentary gifts we received, such as bowls of fruit and boxes of chocolates.

The hotel is very close to the beach area, providing easy access. The short distance made trips convenient and enjoyable (especially with the kids!). The pool areas are also easily accessible from the main building.

uneven experience at the ottoman-themed resort
early entry insincere apology
the lighting in the room was nice.
Housekeeping accidentally entered my room early one morning. they left the lights on and woke my baby. A do not disturb sign was clearly displayed. management's apology felt insincere and slow.
